Vladimir Sorokin

Vladimir Sorokin (born 1955) is a world-renowned Russian writer and emerging artist.

He is one of the most prominent representatives of conceptualism and social art in Russian literature.

Winner of the Andrei Bely, "NOS", "Big Book" and other prizes, nominee for the International Booker Prize. His books have been translated into dozens of languages. Sorokin lives in Berlin, Germany.

His first solo exhibition, Blue Lard, was curated by Guelman und Unbekannt.
